Not too proud to beg!

Hey Hey beautiful people!

^^^^
CHECK THAT OUT!!!!!

48% funded after 15 days of being live... That means 14 days left and if I keep going, I am sure it will be a successful project and you and I will be proud owners of patterned mugs and matching coasters!

SOOOO COOL!!!!

For those who haven't seen, I had delivery of my coaster sample, using the Retro Geek design.

Do we like???

So I'm basically updating my little blog, to try and encourage those on the fence, those who are thinking 'I'll buy one when they are on sale' to pledge on my project, because if you don't, then they won't ever be on sale, and you won't get to buy one from me. It's something I REALLY need to see come to fruition, and for that reason, I am actually not to proud to beg you.

*I am begging you to not hold it off any longer...

*I am begging you to help a small independent designer, a fledgling business, trying to make a name for herself...

*I am begging you to spare as little as £1 on the 25th March, to help me see my dreams come true...

Thank you!

Kickstarter Campaign Mark 2

Hello and welcome to my attempt at pitching my latest project to you, my lovely blog readers and followers.

Say hello to potentially the next range of products, for sale by JLWIllustration. If successfully funded (£475) I will have a small selection of Mugs, matching coasters and Pocket Mirrors on sale in My Etsy Store, available for you to purchase as gifts for loved ones, or simply to make your life a little more fun.

Cause lets face it, these patterns rock!

I have had a sample of the products whipped up by the various outlets that will be manufacturing them, if they succeed in being produced. In fact, the Pocket Mirror shown below, is currently available in my Etsy Store, but I only have a few left, so fingers crossed I can get more made up for you.

BTW: the quality of the mug is AMAZING! I've been drinking and washing it daily, I can't seem to put it down.

So here is the boring details on the project, feel free to share this, or ask me for a higher resolution file, I'm happy to provide.

HOW?

By Pledging a small amount of your money, you can
help me achieve my dream of creating a small range
of products with my designs on. Payment is only
taken IF the campaign is successfully funded.
(If £475 has been pledged within the given time).
No Payment will be taken until AFTER the deadline and notice will be given beforehand.  In return, I offer you a reward, a gift of thanks for helping me in my adventures.

... basically, the more you pledge, the bigger the thank you gift. It's that simple.

Support by pledging: £3, £4, £5, £8, £10, £15 or £25

'I'd really LOVE to see this project succeed. This is a combination of hard work and serious research, and I would love to see it come to fruition and have something solid at the end of it'. - ME

If you do so wish to Pledge a small amount (Even £1.00), please feel free to head on over to my Kickstarter page and complete the quick form filling exercise, or visit my website for a direct link.

It's as simple as that.

Thank you for reading and sharing.

Kickstarter Project Launch - 2014 Calendars

EXCITING NEWS!!!!!

I applied to start a Kickstarter Project a few days ago, and it has been approved and ready for backing.

Now don't panic, if you are unfamiliar with Kickstarter, have a look here and take a peek at what it is all about. Alternatively, have a read below:

So in a nutshell...

I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

The basic principle of kickstarter, is that you pledge an amount to back me in my project.

Lets say for example you wanted to offer £10 of your own money, to help me produce a range of 2014 Calendars....

What do you get out of it??

Well, that depends, as there are various lovely rewards for helping me (see my project page for more details).

A sample of the A4 wall calendar - Pledge £7 to receive one of these.
Here is an example:
For £10, you would be rewarded with a Desktop Calendar download, perfect for using as a background, or printing out and hanging on your wall, and an A3 Family Planner, which will be printed and delivered to your door
 by September 2013.

So you win too.

A2 double-sided Wall Planner - Pledge £5 to receive one of these

The idea is,  you help me, and you shall be rewarded

Now, here is the catch... I have a specific amount in mind to produce these calendars.... £750 to be exact, and if I don't raise all the funds by the deadline (1st August, Midnight), then I don't receive ANY of the money, and my dreams of releasing a range of 2014 calendars will go POOF!

Samples of Slimline Wall Calendar - Pledge £7 to receive one of these
So no pressure to help me.....

On the plus side, if you do kindly pledge an amount
(even £1 is awesome btw), you don't pay a thing, until after the deadline, when (if successful) you will receive an invoice with 2 week to pay up. Then I get paid... and BAM!!!

We have some fabulous Calendars.

Sample of Family Planner with space for 5 people + additional section for Birthdays and Appts.
Pledge £10 to receive one of these

So What do you say, Fancy helping a girl out???

and if you can't help... Please do spread the word.
